Sign in to your blogger account.

Login Google search console


Go to the blogger dashboard.
Click on settings.
Scroll down and you can see the Google search console link.
When you will click on Google search console then you redirect your search console account.
Here, click on sitemaps.
Add a new sitemap.


You will see your blog URL.
After the blog URL write sitemap.xml like. 
https://blogginvideo.blogspot.com/sitemap.xml.

Google search console live URL indexing request


After click on submit.
It will take some time.
After a few seconds, you will see a message such as a sitemap submitted successfully.
Also will see the message such as sitemap processed successfully.
